As out of town real estate shoppers, we tried to maximize every visit to FL. We perfectly arranged the showings, fly to Florida, rent a car, visit the homes only to get back on the plane deflated. Frustration would sometimes set in on these trips because pictures in the MLS didn’t show the home, we couldn’t piece together the flow of the home from the pictures or the neighborhood was less than desirable. MLS doesn’t let you know the house smells, does it? Wouldn’t a floorplan in all listing be appreciated? It’s even better when you can read the room dimensions!
